Adding a Volunteer Under Family Membership

To add a new volunteer under a Family Membership, please follow these steps:

Log in to the Primary Membership account.
Click on “Add New Volunteer”.
Enter the volunteer’s name and complete the registration.

Managing Volunteer Schedules and Meal Distribution

Through the Primary Membership, you can:

Book volunteering dates and schedules for Ramadan Aman Initiative meal distribution.
Select the available days for participation.
Choose the distribution locations.

Recording Volunteer Hours and Issuing Certificates

Volunteer hours must be recorded for each volunteer under the primary membership.
Hours are tracked individually for every volunteer.
At the end of the campaign, you can print the Volunteer Certificate.
The certificate will be issued in the volunteer’s name based on the recorded volunteer hours.

⚠️ Please ensure that volunteer hours are entered accurately to guarantee correct certificate issuance.

Forgot Password

If you forget your password, please follow the steps below:

Click on “Forgot Password”.
Enter the registered mobile number associated with your membership.
A password will be sent to the same registered mobile number.
Enter the received password to log in successfully to your membership.

Ramadan Aman Initiative

To join the Ramadan Aman Initiative and benefit from its services, please follow the steps below carefully:

Step 1: Choose Membership Type

First, select the membership type that suits you:

Individual Membership: Designed for one person only.
Family Membership: Allows you to add family members under the same account and manage them through a single membership.

Choose the appropriate option and proceed to the next step.

Step 2: Enter Personal Information

Please enter your personal details accurately as follows:

First Name
Father’s Name
Family Name

⚠️ Ensure that the names are entered correctly and match official documents.

Step 3: Birth and Residence Details

Complete the following information:

Date of Birth
Nationality
Emirate of Residence within the United Arab Emirates

These details help ensure accurate registration and personalized services.

Step 4: Create Login Credentials

To create your account and activate your membership, please provide the following:

Email Address (must be active)
Mobile Phone Number (must be active)

???? An OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to the registered mobile number to verify and activate your membership.

Then:

Create a Password
Confirm the Password

???? Please keep your password safe, as it will be required each time you log in.

Registration Completion

Once all steps are completed and the phone number is verified, your membership will be successfully activated, and you can start benefiting from the Ramadan Aman Initiative services.
